This series isn't about bypassing moments of grief; it's important to continue to feel and process all of the emotions that you have. Soul Connections Circle is about building your pillar of knowledge so that you can build on the truth systems that you have adopted while on the journey. By learning and adapting the spiritual concepts and beliefs that resonate with you, you take charge of your healing and are empowered to then approach your grief differently. To be in control of it rather than allowing your grief to control you.
